Useful (Free) Online Organizer Tools

Belakangan ini saya sering menggunakan beberapa Online Tools (gratis, tentunya!). Beberapa di antaranya yang saya rekomendasikan adalah :

(1) iGoogle.com - Google Personalized Homepage
Saya menggunakan ini untuk updating feed. Simple interface. Gadgets yang dapat di-install ke iGoogle juga lumayan untuk mengorganisir hal-hal yang dibutuhkan, dari to-do-list sampai notes, semua ada (walaupun tidak semuanya berguna).

(2) Todoist.com - Best Todo List and Task Manager
Saya menggunakan tools ini untuk mengingatkan to-do list saya. Simple and clean interface (i love simplicity!) but still powerful.

(3) Getdropbox.com - Secure backup, sync and sharing made easy
Layanan file sharing berbasis web, berguna bagi yang sering mengirim file berukuran besar kepada pihak lain. Dropbox mengharuskan kita untuk menginstall softwarenya di desktop dulu sebelum dapat digunakan. Namun penggunaannya amat mudah, cuma drag & drop, seperti folder biasa. Free account-nya berkapasitas 2GB, dan dapat bertambah hingga 5GB apabila ikut program referral. Mari ikut Dropbox dan kita sama-sama mendapat tambahan 250MB. :)

Pertamanya sih memang berkesan agak ribet, tapi setelah terbiasa justru lebih mudah digunakan dibanding yousendit.com (layanan file sharing online lainnya yang juga menawarkan layanan gratis berkapasitas 100MB).

Oia, ini berguna juga kalau kita sering kelupaan bawa USB, hehehe... Tinggal upload, trus langsung bisa diakses di rumah (asal masih ada koneksi internet). Yippy!

(4) Tripit.com - Online travel itinerary and trip planning
Ini baru coba-coba aja, dan belum saya kulik-kulik lebih lanjut. Sejauh ini sih memang belum terlalu berguna buat saya, tapi siapa tahu dapat berguna buat Anda yang sering bepergian.

(5) Delicious.com - Social bookmarking
Nahh yang ini pasti semua sudah pada tahu kan... Saya sendiri telat menggunakan ini, hehehe... Awalnya sih gara-gara saat saya di kantor, saya sering mem-bookmark website-website yang menarik buat saya (Hahaha! Maap Bos!). Tapi apabila saya ingin membacanya lagi di rumah kan berarti saya harus meng-import bookmarks yang ada di komputer kantor ke komputer saya yang di rumah. Awalnya sih fine-fine saja, tapi begitu bookmark sudah mulai banyak, repot juga mengaturnya. Akhirnya saya beralih ke delicious.com, web-based bookmarking tool, lebih praktis!
