Resep Puding Karamel (Gampang Banget!)

Yayy... Weekend di rumah bareng sepupu-sepupu dari Bandung!

Berhubung keluarga saya doyan banget ngemil & makan --apalagi kakak saya jago bikin kudapan-- jadilah weekend ini penuh dengan cemilan-cemilan enak. Dari snack-snack kemasan, rambutaaaannn, Frozen Yoghurt + buah kalengan, Cupcakes Chocolate Ganache, daaannn... saya tadi baru bikin Puding Karamel!!!

Guampaaannggg. Tapi musti sabar ngukusnya, tadi butuh waktu 45 menit ampe bener-bener mateng, hehehehe... Sekarang lagi didinginin.

Resepnya asal aja sih, takarannya ngira-ngira, hehehe...

Crème caramel a.k.a Puding Karamel.
(Oh, hasilnya ngga segede ini, tapi mirip-mirip kok, hehehe)

Siapin
Sekitar 600-800ml susu cair
4 butir telur
Gula 8 sendok makan penuuhhh
Sedikit esens vanila

Bikin deh
(1) Panaskan 4 sendok penuh gula pasir dengan menggunakan mangkuk kaca pyrex, gunakan api kecil. Diamkan hingga cair & berwarna kecoklatan, setelah cair angkat & dinginkan.
(2) Cairkan gula sisanya dengan 2 sendok air hangat.
(2) Kocok lepas 4 butir telur lalu campurkan di wadah yang sudah berisi susu & cairan gula, teteskan esens vanila. Aduk hingga rata. Tuangkan di pyrex.
(3) Kukus hingga matang.

Setelah matang, didinginkan sebentar di suhu ruangan sampai uapnya hilang, lalu masukkan kulkas. Setelah dingin, sajikan!

Guampaaannngggg.
