I've Learned...

Lagi nge-search alamat email temen, ehh trus gw nemu satu email di inbox yang terkirim pada Date: Fri, 7 Feb 2003. 5 tahun yang lalu! Jaman gw masih kuliah di Unpar, lagi bego-begonya, masih nyari identitas+karakter yang pas buat gw sendiri, jaman lagi falling-in-love-at-the-first-time & broke-my-heart-at-the-same-time *uheheue*, lagi berusaha memahami berbagai sudut pandang orang-orang baru yang gw temuin di dunia kuliah, dan sebagainya dan sebagainya.

Dulu sih (kayanya) gw kirim email ini ke orang-orang terdekat tanpa merhatiin banget arti kalimat-kalimatnya, alias cuma "Wah, kata-katanya bagus! Kirim ahh..." Sekarang, di umur gw yang mendekati seperempat abad, gw baru nyadar, kalimat-kalimat di bawah ini BENAR APA ADANYA *weleh*... Hehehehe...

Buat 'adik-adik'-ku yang sedang membaca posting ini : tulisan "I've Learned" ini pasti bisa ngebantu & mempermudah kamu dalam menjalani hidupmu yang 'baru' mulai itu. These are what you need to know for being a grown-up.

Kata orang, Jangan menoleh ke belakang, terus aja maju ke depan... Hmm, kalo gw sih lebih milih buat kadang-kadang noleh ke belakang, buat mastiin gw ngga akan mengulangi kesalahan yang sama... Lagian gw percaya semua kesalahan yang gw perbuat dulu malah justru ngebentuk gw-yang-sekarang ini, dan gw ngga nyesel udah jadi gw-yang-sekarang.

Intinya sih, "As you grow older, you'll find the only things you regret are the things you didn't do..."

Sesuatu yang masih gw pelajarin sampai sekarang.
